HARLINGEN — Police said they arrested a man who was on a rooftop causing a disturbance.
Shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday police went to a residence in the 800 block of Sunset Avenue.
Police said Ezekiel Acevedo, 24, caused the disturbance.
